Born in Waterville, she came to Oregon about 12 years ago, and had lived in Turner for about 10 years. Surviving are her daughters, Betty L. Murphy, Turner, and Vivian P. Winklepleck, Van Nuys, sons, Gerald Huntington Beach, and James Goddard, sisters, Hazel O'Connor, Garland, Texas, and Mabel Whiteside, Marysville, seven grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. No services are planned.

Barrick mortuary is in charge of arrangements. Faith D. Leach Faith D. Leach, 81, of 12656 Burbank Boulevard, North Hollywood, formerly a resident of Salem, died Wednesday in North Hollywood Riverside Hospital. Born in Seattle, she lived in Salem from the 1920s till 1965, when she owned Lorna's Dress Shop in East Salem.

Survivors include her sisters, Pearl Turner, Aptos, Ara LaVigne, Cashmere, and Hope Byrd, Gaithersburg, Maryland; and brothers, Lloyd Dayton, Sequim, and Leslie Dayton, North Hollywood. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Restlawn Memory Gardens. Arrangements are under the direction of Barrick mortuary. Josef W.

Kaumanns CORVALLIS Josef W. Kaumanns, 70, a resident of Hollywood, died Wednesday in Newport while fishing with his son. He was born Aug. 31, 1911 in Germany. He and his wife came to the United States in 1956 and settled in Hollywood.

His wife, Marie, died in 1979. He had come to Philomath on Monday to visit his son, Hans. He is survived by his son and two grandchildren, and other relatives in Germany. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in St.

Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Corvallis. McHenry mortuary is in charge of arrangements. Faith Margaret Freaner LEBANON Services for Faith Margaret Freaner, 67, of 33574 Santiam Highway, who died Tuesday evening in Lebanon Community Hospital, will be at 11 a.m. today in the Odd Fellows Cemetery here. She was born in Minnesota, and married John Freaner in Carson City, Nev.

She moved to Lebanon in 1947, and was a member of St. Martin Episcopal Church. Besides her husband, survivors include her daughter, Ruth Johnson, Springfield, son, Claude, Chula Vista, stepdaughters, Bernice Cook, San Mateo, Calif. and June Zanzi, Cloverdale, brother, Clark Royer, Lebanon; sisters, Marjory Young, Ewa Beach, Oahu, Hawaii, and Cecile Perchern, Eugene; 12 grandchildren, and several greatgrandhildren. Contributions may be made to the Oregon Heart Association or the Oregon Lung Association.

Elizabeth A. Rogers WOODBURN Glendora A. (Sunny) Burgess, 80, died Wednesday in Meridian Park Hospital, Portland. Born in Minnesota, she came to Oregon in the 1920s, and worked as a nurse in McMinnville Community Hospital. She was married to Rex Burgess in 1931.

They lived in Portland, then farmed in Butteville before moving to Sheridan. They later returned to Butteville, and moved to Newberg in 1950. They moved to Woodburn Senior Estates in 1978, and her husband died in 1979. She worked in 1 the Newberg Hospital Auxiliary Thrift Shop and was involved in various craft clubs. Survivors include her sons, Charles, Seattle, and David, Portland; a brother, Adolph Sundrud, Willamina; sisters, Thelma Pinkerton, Woodburn, Alice Finnegan, Portland, and Helen Farlow, Milwaukie; and five grandchildren.

Burgess Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Attrell-Brown mortuary here, with crypt entombment in Valley View Memorial Park Mausoleum. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the charity of choice. Paul. J.

Delmatoff PORTLAND Services for Paul J. Delmatoff, 59, who died Saturday at his home here, were held Thursday in the Russian Molokan Church, Gervais. Interment was in the Gervais Masonic Cemetery, under the direction of Cornwell mortuary, Woodburn. Born in Los Angeles, he lived in Detroit for several years before coming here four years ago. He was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of the Molokan Church.

Survivors include his sons, John, Whittier, Donald, Valencia, and William, Portland; and daughter, Diane, Valencia. CORVALLIS Elizabeth A. Rogers, 85, of 305 SE Alexander died Wednesday evening in Corvallis Manor. She was born on July 4, 1896 in Jonesville, Va. She lived in Oklahoma before 1929, when she and her husband came to Oregon and settled in Marion.

The couple moved to Corvallis in 1935. She was a amember of the Church of Christ. Her husband died in 1978. Survivors include her daughters, Alice Ash, Waldport, and Verline Robinson, Corvallis; sisters, Henrietta Hardesty, Albany, and Jewell Wehnes and Jessie Hunt, both of Tulsa, five grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m.

Saturday at McHenry mortuary, Corvallis. Contributions may be made to the Oregon Heart Association, in care of the mortuary, 206 NW 5th. elsewhere Mbiyu Koinange NAIROBI, Kenya (AP) Mbiyu Koinange, one of Kenya's founding fathers, who served in the Cabinet for nearly two decades, died Wednesday. He was 74. Ann Harding LOS ANGELES (AP) Ann Harding, whose aristocratic portrayals spanned a 30-year stage, film and television career, died Tuesday at the age of 79.

She made her film debut in 1929 in "Paris Bound," and played in many films afterward. Her TV appearances included "Armstrong Circle Theatre," "Burke's Law," "Ben Casey" and "The Defenders." Robert Coulter ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) Robert I. Coulter, who filed the key patent for Scotch tape in 1939, died Thursday at the age of 73.

Coulter later was instrumental in obtaining patents for masking and surgical tapes manufactured by 3M Co. and was also awarded his own patent in 1943 for cellophane tape. shon, 59, of Route 1, Box 26, died Wednesday in Good Samaritan Hospital, Corvallis. Born in Bixby, he had lived in Toledo for 33 years, and had been employed by the C. D.

Johnson Lumber Co. and the Georgia-Pacific Corp. plywood mill. He was a veteran of World War II and a member of the Toledo Assembly of God Church, the Veterans of Foreign Wars (James "Pat" Brumbaugh Post No. 4227) in Toledo, and the AFL-CIO.

Survivors include his wife, Betty, Jean; daughters, Patricia Ann Gary, and Carolyn Annette Wishon, both of Toledo; stepsister, Zelma Avants, Toledo; and four grandchildren.
