Fast, 91, of 645 SW 3rd died Saturday at a local nursing home. Born June 21, 1889, in Marion County, he received his early education at Hillsboro, Kan. He worked as a farmer, in a flour mill and in a hotel. He lived in Oregon since 1936 and was a member of First Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth; daughters, Mathilda Fast and Dorothy Harms, Corvallis; sons, Edwin, Idaho Falls, Idaho, Herbert, Dallas, Texas, and Albert, Hillsdale, N.J.; 9 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.

Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. tomorrow at First Baptist Church, under the direction of McHenry mortuary. Interment will be in Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens. The family suggests contributions to a mission at First Baptist Church. Elmon John Schuerch WILLAMINA Elmon John Schuerch, 64, of 27355 Salmon River Highway, died Saturday in a McMinnville hospital.

Born here, he was a lifelong Willamina resident. He was a logger and operated a dairy farm. He was a member of Church of the Nazarene, Grand Ronde, and Buell Grange. Survivors 1 include his wife, Mabel; daughters, Sandra Moore, Sheridan, Vada Andrew, Willamina, and Janet Flagel, Cashmere, brother, Lorenz, Kiana, Alaska; sister, Verna Kanelis, Longwood, five grandchildren. Services will be 2 p.m.

He was born in Alton, and lived in Vale from 1930 to 1945, Del Mar, 1945- 49, Albany 1949-65 and Salem since 1965. He retired from the Postal Service after 30 years as a rural route carrier. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Albany Elks Club, and U.S. Postal Rural Carriers.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret daughters, Toni G. Reuland, Salem, and Dee M. Campbell, Portland; son, Father Jay D. Ilch, Chewelah, three' grandchildren. Rosary will be 7:30 p.m.

tomorrow at Virgil T. Golden mortuary. Mass will be 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Interment will be in Belcrest Memorial Park. Goldie O. Baker Harwood George K. 'Gus' Ilch LEBANON Goldie O. Baker Harwood, 74, of 1112 Fourth died Saturday in a local hospital.

Born in Tyrone, she lived in Oklahoma until 1938 when she came to Amity. She moved to Dayton in 1942 and Lebanon in 1954. Survivors include sons, Robert Fisher, Seattle, and Deryl Fisher, Lebanon; daughters, Delma Gregory and Janaveen Gibbs, Lebanon, and Judith Senff, Everett, 14 grandchildren and one greatgranddaughter. Private services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Hopewell Community Church, south of Dayton, under the direction of Huston mortuary.

Interment will be in Hopewell Cemetery. Bertha H. Bruns McMINNVILLE Bertha H. Bruns, 85, died Sunday in a McMinnville nursing home. Born in Gibbon, she came to McMinnville in 1955.

Survivors include her husband, William sons, Harvey McMinnville, and Ervin Sheridan; sister, Martha Mikkelson, Brainard, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Survivors include sons, LeRoy Williams, Missoula, and Kenneth Williams, Cottonwood; daughters, Bernice Chapman, St. Maries, Idaho, and Esther L. Grant, Longview, stepsons, Bill and Ed Williamson, and stepdaughter, Liz Schockley, all of Steele, N.D.; brother, Joseph Hazel, Salem; sister, Doris Letchworth, Stockton, 14 grandchildren and 9e great-grandchildren. Jessie K. DeVol Elizabeth M. Brady Jessie K. DeVol, 69, of 2232 42nd Ave. SE, died yesterday in a Salem hospital.

Born in Missouri, she came to Salem in 1974 from Stockton, where she had been a supervisor at a California state hospital. Survivors include her husband, Thomas brother, Charles Boyd, Oklahoma City, sister, Havel Forsyth, Napa, Calif. Arrangements are under the direction of Howell-Edwards-Doerksen mortuary. Percy McCampbell WOODBURN Services for Percy McCampbell, 90, former Woodburn resident who died Aug. 5 in Redwood City, were held there.

He was born in Tennessee and lived in Woodburn before moving to California in 1975. He was a machinist with Southern Pacific Railroad for 31 years before his retirement. Survivors include his wife of 69 years, Carrie Foster City, two daughters and five grandchildren. Bertha Louise Sexton Bertha Louise Sexton, 79, of 1221 Chemeketa St. NE, died Sunday at her home.

Born in Charleston, W.Va., she had lived in the Salem area since 1960. She was a member of Eagles and Salem Senior Citizens. Survivors include a sister, Ethel Jones, Charleston; two grandchildren and two great Ritualistic services by Eagles will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow in Rigdom-Ransom mortuary. Private interment will be in Belcrest Memorial Park.

She worked for 18 years as a sales clerk for Criders Department Store. She was a member of Independence Elkettes, Elks Lodge 1950. Her husband, Garrett Menning, died in 1967. Survivors include sons, Wallace, Salem, and Clifford, Portland; brothers, Albert: Warner, Conrad, and Lyle San Clemente, sister, lone Lewis, Monmouth; four grandchildren. Services will be 10 a.m.

Lebold Ba Dr. Edward A. Lebold, 78, of 2956 Twin Oak Place NW, died Sunday in a Salem nursing home. Born in Leola, S.D., he had lived for' 73 years in Salem, 73 years where he was an orthopedic physician and surgeon. A Navy veteran of World War II, he was a member of St.

Joseph Catholic Church and Salem Elks Lodge 336. Survivors include his sons, Robert I E. Lebold, Salem, and Frank C. Lebold, Forest' Grove; and eight grandchildren. Arrangements are pending at RigdonRansom mortuary.

Thomas Carroll Breeding GATES Thomas Carroll Breeding, 27, died Aug. 4. Born in Alburquerque, N.M., he lived in Akron, Ohio, before coming to the canyon area five years ago. He was a member of Roy L. King Post Veterans of Foreign Wars at Pekin, Ill.
