DIED. ' BOWERSOX. At Salem, Juno 11th, . Arthur O. Howersox, aged ito years. This is the young man whose case has attracted considerable attention. At his home In Philomath, Bnton county, last February, he received a severe kick in the head from a vicious horse. He apparently apparently recovered, but about two weeks ago was attacked with severe pain in the head. He was brought to Salem for treatment, but grew worse until death ensued. Deceased was a man of fine character and highly respected In his community. He leaves a widow and tlx children, beside, his father, Rev. J. Bowersox, of Dayton, three brothers, F. Q. Bowersox, ot Salem ; Dr. F. R. Bowersox, Bowersox, ol Stayton, and A. W. Bowersox, of Albany, and one sister, Mrs. I. E. Allen, ol Salem. He was membor In good standing in the Home Forum, and the Odd Fellows, at Philomath. . The funeral will be held Wednesday at 9:30 a. m., under the auspices of the two Salem lodge of Odd Fellows.
