A well educated person and sensitive to the needs of the Hispanic Community Ismael was ahead of his time. Few people in the community invested their time the way Ismael did. He was part of "El Conjunto Musical" at St. Luke Church; he participated in Civic Events; he marched in the "Mexican Annual Fiesta; he ran for various elected offices and most of all he was an approachable person. Juanita, his mother, who lives in Mt. Angel has an ALTAR for all the FAMILIA; a HOME in USA uniform!
